Company Secretarial Assistant

Ladwa Recruitment are working in an exclusive partnership with a prestigious and highly reputable AIM listed plc to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant.

This is an ideal opportunity to work for a growing, people orientated and forward thinking company. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious individual to join their Company Secretarial team on a Fixed Term Contract (15months). The role is due to start in 2022.

The purpose of the role is to support the Company Secretary and Team in delivering high quality compliance with a particular focus on share plan administration.

  • Act as the key contact for the day-to-day operational relationship with the share plan administrators and the first point of call for queries from the businesses and participants on share award related queries
  • Support with share plan events, including grants, vesting and exercises, working closely with the share plan administrator/Company Secretary and other company departments (People Team/Finance Team)
  • Lead with the launch and maturity for all SAYE Sharesave plans
  • To ensure the maintenance of accurate and current records across all share plans
  • Ensuring the timely preparation and filing of share plan related HMRC returns


Knowledge of share plans and experience in share plan administration is essential for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to dive into a fast-paced role, providing all round company secretarial administration services to the UK and global subsidiaries. The role will have excellent training and development working with a large team.
