FTSE 250 Deputy Company Secretary

Are you looking for a role with an ambitious International Plc? DMJ have been retained by a leading FTSE 250 Energy Company that should soon be entering the FTSE 100, following a period of significant corporate activity the business is looking to bolster and restructure their governance team which has led to this piece of recruitment.

The role will be reporting into the existing Group Company Secretary but will be mainly responsible for all day-to-day governance activities and plc deliverables, the role would be suited to someone already operating within a similar levelled role with a UK plc company, this experience is paramount and candidates without this experience will not be considered.

The position will also be responsible for two direct reports in the governance team and with this management experience is preferred but not necessary, the two direct reports are at very crucial periods of their development and would be an excellent opportunity for someone to help nurture and help grow their internal governance team.
