Interim Head of Governance - National Charity

Well known national charity are looking for an interim Head of Governance, to fill the remainder of maternity leave, until October 2022. 

This organisation are in need someone who can hit the ground running with strong experience from within Governance in the Public and Third Sector, as well as experience of Governance Policy and development implementation and effective management of Governance in times of change.

This role would be reporting to the CEO, working to provide a high-quality Governance and Business Support service to stakeholders (defined as the Chair, CEO, Committees, Trustees and Directors) ensuring effective governance arrangements are in place.
