FTSE 100 Interim Head of Secretariat

An international FTSE 100 is seeking an Interim Head of Secretariat for a period of 12 months, this role will be supporting and leading the function on all plc deliverables such as the AGM & Annual Report as well as supporting two new hires into the function.

The role would be suited to a seasoned interim candidate that has experience with the core plc activities as well as leading a function.

This individual is to be the go-to person for all things plc, with this role sitting alongside the corporate legal function there will be an element of informal support and mentoring as a couple of them are currently studying their CGI exams.
