Assistant Company Secretary

A well regarded financial services organisation is currently recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary following a substantial period of growth within the business.

 

This role will provide first-class company secretarial services to the Group, whilst working closely with the Group Company Secretary to ensure the Group is fully compliant with all regulatory, legislative and governance requirements.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• To act as secretary of certain Group committees. 

• To assist with all board and committee meeting preparation.

• To maintain the Group’s close links and overseas regulators records.

• To deal professionally end effectively with internal and external contact including main board members and other senior individuals.

 

Successful individuals will:

• Have at least 3 years of company secretarial experience

• Ideally trained within professional services or financial services

• Be actively working towards the qualification
