This financial services business is seeking an experienced professional to join their team during a time of change. This is an exciting role at Assistant Company Secretary based in the City, but with great home working flexibility.

Your new role
In this role, you will provide meeting support to the relevant Board/Committees (planning, preparation of agendas/papers, attending, minuting and following up). You will also be responsible for corporate administration, performing statutory compliance filings and maintaining the Blueprint database. You will gain some exposure to supporting to the Finance department with the company secretariat aspects of employee share plans.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be qualified and have previous experience working within financial services. Ideally you will have supported Board and/or Committees before and gained strong minute taking skills.
