Overview

A fantastic opportunity for a graduate to kick-start your Company Secretarial career. The position as Company Secretarial Assistant is with a renowned asset management business which focuses on real estate. The role will see you give support to Senior members of the team with statutory compliance work, board minutes and additional relevant ad hoc projects. If you are a Law or Business graduate, or are a GradICSA, and are keen to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, then do get in touch!

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Company Secretarial Assistant with statutory compliance work
  • Help draft board and shareholder meeting minutes
  • Support other relevant ad hoc projects when necessary
  • Maintain Account Filing Tracker and Confirmation Statement Filing Tracker
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing post
  • Keep Diligent software current when relevant

Experience and Qualifications

  • Masters in Corporate Governance/ Grad ICSA or a Law/Business degree

Attitudes and Behaviour

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
