Governance Manager - Housing Association - West Midlands

Social Housing Group based in the West Midlands is now seeking to appoint a new Governance Manager on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Governance and Risk, your role will be to oversee, manage and deliver high quality governance and company secretarial support to the whole organisation. You will act as first point of contact for the Group's Boards and committees in all matters and hold line management responsibility for three colleagues. 
To succeed in this role you'll need to demonstrate substantial governance and company secretarial experience (ideally gained within the social housing sector or non profit organisations) including working with Boards and committees.
This organisation is based in the West Midlands and is offering hybrid working, with 2-3 days in the office, the remainder from home/remote. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.
Excellent organisational and communications skills are needed, as well as experience of managing a team/others, including providing ongoing coaching and development.
