Governance Officer / Board Support

A housing association based in Birmingham is currently seeking a Governance Officer/Board support individual to join their friendly and supportive team. 

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- To provide governance support to the Boards and Committees in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- To promote the role and importance of the governance structure throughout the organisation and encourage appropriate engagement at all levels.
- To support the Senior Governance Officer on governance requirements, best practices and operations and service delivery.

Candidates must have experience of providing administrative support to meetings, including developing agendas and minute taking at a board/committee level.
