Independent Charity: Governance Executive (12 Month FTC)

An independent charity is now looking to appoint an interim Governance Executive to cover a period of maternity leave for 12-months. The purpose of this position is to support the Head of Governance, Risk & Assurance in the provision of effective and efficient governance services, and to deputize on all Governance matters.

Your key responsibilities will involve leading on statutory records, filings, and appropriate filing and records management systems, including a review of and improvements to paper and electronic archives.  You will therefore be a thoroughly organised and structured individual who thrives on creating processes and procedures.

This is a full time position and will be office based, in London.
