Interim Senior Assistant Company Secretary (FTC) - Energy

Overview

An exciting opportunity to work as Senior Assistant Company Secretary, on an interim basis, for an innovative asset management company with a focus on sustainability. The role will see you provide exposure to internal and external boards, deal with transaction support and support the company and a team through a period of transformation. If you have solid company secretarial experience at Board level and are available at short notice, then do get in touch!

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate M&A transactions/deals and work alongside the Investment and Deals team; including, communicating with external advisers, reviewing documents, preparing internal funding paperwork and carrying out post-completion filings
  • Board support
  • Prepare documents for funding requirements and prepare and file Companies House filings
  • Review annual reports and accounts

Experience and Qualifications

  • ICSA/CGI qualified is preferred
  • Experience working in a Company Secretariat team (ideally in professional services and/or in a fund investment firm)
  • Solid minute taking skills
  • Experience in supporting corporate transaction/deal work such as M&A’s and group restructures
