This guidance note is written for those MATs with established boards of trustees which delegate specific and significant functions to the senior leadership team and committees of the board (including local governing boards).
The guidance note draws upon a number of documents and legislation in order to develop a specimen list of matters reserved for the board in respect of those decisions that cannot be delegated.
