Closing the gender pay gap

What strategies should boards be implementing to better understand and close the gender pay gap within their organisations?

Description

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 requires that British companies with more than 250 employees publish their gender pay gap data, yet there is much confusion about the nature of these calculations.

What strategies should boards be implementing to better understand and close the gender pay gap within their organisations? Does board composition have an effect? How does ethnicity impact the gender pay gap? What should companies be doing to explore their ethnicity pay gaps and why they exist?

Join our inspiring panel as they seek to answer these questions and offer their thoughts on how to close the gap, and hear from companies with good gender pay gap reports to learn how they put these together.
