Of interest to all involved in the production of accounts for companies subject to the Transparency Directive
I have flagged the issue of ESEF on a number of occasions recently because the Institute has been told that a number of companies are not sufficiently aware of, or prepared for, this new requirement.
The FRC shares this concern and its Lab has produced a short survey that seeks to understand companies preparedness for applying the ESEF Regulation in order to help inform the FRC’s future work. I would urge all members in affected companies to complete the survey, which closes on 17 June.
