Mason Birbeck is a partner in Collas Crill’s fiduciary team.

A Jersey advocate, he specialises in trusts, foundations and related corporate law. Mason has considerable experience advising on the establishment and operation of Jersey private trusts, charitable and non-charitable purpose trusts, pension trusts, EBTs and foundations and as to the rights, duties and powers of persons involved with them.

He acts for a range of trust companies, banking institutions, international law firms and high net worth individuals on trust and related corporate and commercial aspects of international wealth structuring, and has extensive practical knowledge of cross-border transactions involving Jersey and other international finance centres.
