Adam Bogdanor is a Partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner. He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions and has been involved in a number of leading acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers and equity capital markets transactions. He advises in a range of sectors including financial services and real estate and is a regular speaker at external seminars on public and private M&A, corporate insurance and corporate governance.

Adam also leads the Corporate Insurance team at the firm and has advised leading insurers (including seven FTSE 100 companies) on mergers and acquisitions, business transfer schemes, reinsurance, schemes of arrangement, conduct of business issues and management of with-profits life funds.
