Vonetta Dale is a Managing Associate at Linklaters LLP. She has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions. She has particular experience in intra-group reorganisations, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, equity issues and general corporate advisory work. She acts for clients in a variety of sectors, including finance, professional services, real estate, mining and energy. She has spent time working in Linklaters’ Tokyo office and has spent time on secondment at National Grid, Morgan Stanley and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
