Lucy Fergusson is a Partner at Linklaters LLP. Lucy has extensive experience in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and domestic and international capital raising. She currently focuses primarily on corporate advisory matters including advising leading companies on corporate governance. She has responsibility for the management of knowledge and learning within Linklaters and often contributes to books and periodicals and speaks at conferences on topics related to equity capital markets and corporate governance. She is a member of the Company Law Committees of the Law Society of England and Wales and of the City of London Law Society and is a member of the Companies Committee of the Confederation of British Industry.
