Stacy is an Associate in Pinsent Masons’ regulatory team and is based in Glasgow. Stacy specialises in corporate defence and regulatory matters and regularly advises businesses on their regulatory obligations, on mitigating corporate bribery and corruption risk, on the management and conduct of investigations into suspected crimes and the defence of criminal proceedings brought by the Procurator Fiscal (the prosecuting authority in Scotland), the HSE and other regulators.
