Will Pearce is a partner in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department practicing in the London office. He advises corporate and investment banking clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings and listings, with particular experience of takeovers and M&A, equity financing and restructuring transactions for listed companies. He also provides advice on corporate governance matters and corporate and securities law and regulation.

He is the editor and principal contributor to A Practical Guide to the UK Listing Regime, a guide to the FSA's Listing, Prospectus, Disclosure and Transparency Rules for directors and company secretaries of listed companies, the second edition of which was published by Chartered Governance Institute in July 2011. He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on corporate finance issues.
