Deputy Company Secretary

A global mining company that is domiciled in the UK and listed on the NYSE is looking for a Deputy Company Secretary. The role will be supporting the Group Company Secretary who has an astounding pedigree and will be an inspiration to work for.
The role will involve board and committee support, AGM and Annual report support, working on share schemes as well as NED and senior stakeholder engagement. This is a very exciting time to be joining this organisation and there will be a great opportunity to put your stamp and influence on the role.
You will have a "can do" attitude and have a genuine desire and excitement to starting something from scratch. You will be CGI Qualified and either have NYSE or PLC experience.
