Interim Group Company Secretary

Significant interim group level role for a major Insurer. This role will report to the Chairman and Group General Council and will have full visibility for the Board Committees, including Audit, Risk, Investment and Remuneration.
There is a team of 6 to manage as well as providing end-to-end support for Non-Executives. This role is on an interim basis for one year. To be considered, you will be a thoroughly experienced, qualified company secretary or lawyer who has previously operated at a number one level role before. You will have excellent leadership qualities and be formidable at developing relationships with the most senior of stakeholders.
