We’re looking for a Share Plan Manager to join our Executive Reward team to lead and drive our Global Share plan activity across 70 countries and 22,000 employees. 

The Share Plan Manager will be responsible for working with the Head of Executive Reward to set and deliver Haleon’s Global Share Plan strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to set up a new Global Share Plan team and transform employee share ownership at Haleon.

This role will provide leadership to two Share Plan Specialists to deliver an exceptional participant experience. 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Subject matter expertise for the design and operation of all share plans globally, including the executive share plans (Performance Share Plan and Share Value Plan), UK and international all-employee share plans. 
  • Define and lead share plan processes and projects, continually seeking opportunities to improve and simplify, including through use of technology and automation. 
  • Create a share plan communications strategy and lead the delivery of clear and compelling materials to drive engagement with share plans across Haleon. 
  • Lead a collaborative process with key internal partners in Company Secretariat, Finance, Payroll, Communications, Legal and Tax functions to ensure all requirements are defined and delivered.
  • Own the relationships with Haleon’s third-party share plans administration providers, Employee Benefit Trusts, Legal and Taxation advisors.
  • Manage an annual budget of c.£1m.
  • Leadership of two Share Plan Specialists.

Attributes required:

  • Strategic thinking, and a passion for identifying solutions to complex issues. 
  • A proven track record of delivering process improvement, automation and simplification.
  • An excellent knowledge of executive and all-Employee plans in international listed companies.
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • ICSA Share Plans qualification preferred.
  • Hybrid working model - remote and in office.
