Head of Governance

Campbell Tickell are pleased to be recruiting to the role of Head of Governance at St Arthur Homes.

St Arthur Homes is a for-profit Registered Provider with a strong emphasis on high quality affordable housing. We currently acquire, own, and manage affordable homes with shared ownership being our main area of focus, and after a period of rapid growth we are now focussed on formalising practice across our business.

Based in London and South/South-East England we are now seeking to recruit a proven governance professional to join our organisation. Our new Head of Governance will ensure that good governance practice is embedded throughout St Arthur Homes, championing good governance principles and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Head of Governance plays a key role in supporting the delivery of our Strategic Objectives through maintaining the regulatory and governance integrity of our organisation.

Taking on the role of Company Secretary, the Head of Governance will manage all aspects of Board and Committee meetings including the preparation and collation of materials including reports, packs, papers, and other documentation, as well as minuting and agendas for the meetings.

We are seeking strong experience in a senior governance position in a regulated sector for this role. You will be a Company Secretary, and manage Board operations for a regulated organisation, and while you may bring social housing experience, we are open to candidates bringing strong experience from a senior governance position in another regulated sector.
