Governance Manager

Working for a highly experienced and collaborative Company Secretary, this role will be their second in command.
You will have a pivotal role in the organisation, deal with senior stakeholders, influence and develop governance strategy. There will be Board support to certain boards and committees as well as working closely with other senior members of the audit and risk teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to flex your governance muscles and really contribute to the business as well. You will be working in a highly collaborative team and the role has an abundance of potential. Please have a great and positive attitude, ideally CGI qualified but by no means essential and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
