Interim Company Secretary (Insurance)

Interim Company Secretary role for a private equity backed Insurance Group. The interim period is for 6 months and will report to the General Counsel.
The team are fantastic and the support you will have will be highly collaborative. You will have demonstrable experience of working at the highest level and being able to work effectively with the board members, non-execs and investors.

To be considered, you will have held previous senior positions before, ideally within private equity/insurance. This role requires the successful candidate to quickly "hit the ground running" and be up to speed to ensure that the secretariat's service is not impaired.
