Company Secretarial Assistant - FTSE 100

DMJ are pleased to be partnering with a leading FTSE 100 company based in the Midlands, who are seeking a new Company Secretarial Assistant to join their impressive governance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior company secretary to gain valuable experience in an inhouse listed environment.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support for the company share plans, assisting with share scheme grants, vestings and ad hoc queries from a range of stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the provision of a full company secretarial administration service to the Group’s subsidiaries.
  • Ensuring that the statutory records for the Group are kept up to date using Diligent Entities.
  • Assist in maintaining the MAR insider lists and lists of PDMRs and their PCAs.

Skills and experience required:

  • This role would be suitable for candidates from entry level to those who have 2-3 years’ experience in a company secretarial role.
  • CGI qualification is desired, but not essential.
  • Strong administrative and numeracy skills.
  • Good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft software (particularly Excel) and Diligent Entities.

This role is offering a competitive salary, alongside a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week in the office, 2 from home.
