Your new company
Your new organisation is a growing, yet extremely well-established technology business. The role is working within a very collaborative team of personable yet professional individuals. You will gain international exposure and be heavily involved in contract negotiations at all levels.

Your new role
The role will be heavily focussed on the commercial elements of an in-house role, predominantly drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including master agreements, SaaS, PaaS and other technology contracts. You will also be involved in stakeholder management and some data protection. There will also be the opportunity for you to get involved in special projects which are of interest to you, and M&A if this is something you would like. The team is small, as well as extremely collaborative, and you will be working with some impressive legal minds.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a UK-qualified lawyer, ideally with 2-4 years' experience (guideline only). You will be very comfortable with commercial contracts, ideally within the technology capacity, and you will be comfortable in a globally matrixed environment.

What you'll get in return
You will be in the London office (very easily accessible) 2-3 days a week, and you will get to be a part of a well-known, yet growing organisation full of genuinely lovely staff. The offices are great, and you will also get a bonus and benefits alongside the £70,000 basic salary.
