Your new role

Provide expert, technical advice on a range of compliance and company secretarial matters, working closely with high-calibre clients. Drafting accurate legal documents and reconstituting statutory books on behalf of the client. Contribute to a close-knit collaborative work culture and exhibit flexibility in a small team. This role offers flexible, hybrid working with two days in office.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will need UK compliance experience, and be confident in building and managing relationships with long-term clients. They will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent administrative skills. Ideally, they will have previous experience in using Diligent software and have a strong knowledge of Companies Act requirements.
