This FTSE250 is looking for a bright, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support this Company Secretariat in delivering top-tier governance to the group. In this role, you'll support a variety of company secretarial and compliance tasks to help ensure the business follows legal and governance standards globally. You'll help draft parts of the Annual Report, prepare regulatory announcements, and manage insider lists and notifications under MAR. You'll also help plan and prepare for Board and Committee meetings, including distributing materials. Additionally, you'll be responsible for keeping director conflict records up to date, working with auditors and registrars, and staying on top of changes in regulations that affect listed companies. You'll assist with organising the AGM and support projects like restructures, acquisitions, and director changes.
