This is a brilliant opportunity for a bright, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join a forward-thinking Company Secretarial professional committed to delivering best-in-class governance across the group. As part of a team undergoing an exciting transformation, you'll be at the heart of shaping how governance is delivered, making a real impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll support a wide range of company secretarial responsibilities, helping ensure the group meets its legal and governance obligations globally. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the drafting of sections of the Annual Report
- Preparing regulatory announcements and managing insider lists and MAR notifications
- Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including agenda planning and material distribution
- Maintaining director conflict records and liaising with auditors and registrars
- Monitoring regulatory developments affecting listed companies
- Supporting the organisation of the AGM and contributing to strategic projects such as restructures, acquisitions, and director changes
