This role is more on the transactional side, dealing with multiple jurisdictions, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate actions.
Being an expert on Diligent Entities will be essential and you will be responsible for ensuring that the Group's legal information is all up to date. As this is an international role, you will be liaising with overseas providers as well as liaising with US colleagues too.
