A leading professional services firm with a strong reputation, known for its collaborative culture and commitment to career development. The team is expanding and looking to support growth in its governance and compliance function in a new Company Secretary Assistant role.
Your new role
You'll be supporting a portfolio of clients with a range of company secretarial duties. This includes preparing board packs, maintaining statutory records, filing with Companies House, and assisting with corporate governance matters. You'll work closely with senior colleagues and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be actively studying for CGI, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a company secretarial or governance role. You will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning will help you thrive. Experience with entity management systems and a good understanding of UK company law is also needed.
