Deputy Company Secretary

Providing company secretarial services to a variety of listed clients, this position is well suited to an entrepreneurial and confident Assistant/Deputy Company Secretary who is seeking broad exposure and variety within a role. Seeking a candidate that is confident in a client facing position but, is also driven to be involved with business development and team management.

Required Skills

• Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills and good attention to detail
• Experience of building and maintaining effective client, adviser and stakeholder relationships
• Ability to identify and implement new ideas and processes as well as maintaining continuous process improvement alongside routine business delivery
• Previous experience within a Plc or servicing Plc clients
• ICSA Qualified or PQ
• Personable, positive and team player approach.
