Trustees - Kent Community Foundation

Kent Community Foundation (KCF) is recruiting for new Trustees.  We are specifically looking for applications from people from groups under-represented on Trustee boards.

KCF is a professional grant maker and local philanthropy advisor for Kent and Medway. We have been established for 20 years and in that time have distributed more than £43m in grants to grass-roots organisations across the county.

We are looking for individuals to join our Board who have a real passion for our county and want to make a demonstrable difference to the lives of people in our communities.

Desirable experience includes:

Lived experience of the communities we work within and the issues and solutions which arise

• Demonstrable experience of understanding the benefits diversity brings but also the challenges surrounding it.
• Strategic and business planning as well as critical analysis experience
• Financial acumen 
• A confident ambassador
