Interim Company Secretary

Ladwa Recruitment are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with highly reputable listed organisation, to recruit an stand alone Interim Company Secretary position for a 3-6 months Fixed Term Contract. Starting in July 2021

The role is to provide a central source of guidance and advice within the Company on matters of business ethics, good corporate governance and legal and regulatory compliance.

  • Organising all matters in relation to Board and Committee meetings and attendance at all meetings, taking of minutes and maintenance of actions logs.
  • Preparation and drafting of regular reports to the Board and its various committees.
  • Drafting of the Notice of AGM and ancillary AGM documents each year. Liaising with the Registrar on printing and posting of the Notice and the Annual Report to shareholders.
  • Organisation of the Annual General Meeting each year.
  • Maintenance and operation of the Group’s share dealing policies and processes.
  • Administration and management of the Group’s employee share plans.


The ideal candidate will have experience working in a listed environment before.

Our client is based in the East Midlands and will require some occasional travel to the head quartered offices.
