Company Secretarial Manager - Professional Services - Jersey - £40,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience)

This leading professional services business is seeking a Company Secretarial Manager to join their team and take ownership of their Jersey based portfolio. The role will be based St Helier and is open to both those that live in Jersey and those who are looking to relocate there. In the long run, this company is moving towards hybrid working (2/3 days per week in the office).
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Jersey registered companies ensuring annual compliance obligations are met. You will advise these clients on compliance, governance and transaction related matters. You will be responsible for the completion of corporate actions (eg. Change of directors, share allotments or transfers, change of company name, etc).
What you'll need to succeed
In this role you will need to have extensive experience within company secretarial, ideally from working for another professional services provider. You will need to be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills.
