We are currently working with an international insurance group seeking to grow the function and hire a bright and ambitious Trainee Company Secretary into the team.

This role offers exposure to:

  • Assisting in the collation and production of board and committee/group packs and following up on action points
  • Assisting with the updating and management of the groups corporate structure charts and governance structures
  • Supporting Assist the Assistant Company Secretaries with the maintenance of the statutory and other records for all entities within the group.

 

Successful candidates will have: 

  • Drive and commitment to the Company Secretarial profession and to complete the ICSA qualification (if not completed)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, accuracy, and attention to detail especially in written work.
  • Educated to Degree level.
