As our Head of Governance and Risk you will provide leadership on governance, risk and assurance policies and practices.  In the role of Deputy Company Secretary, you will also act as the Data Protection Officer and coordinate health and safety action across the organisation.

It’s likely that you will hold an appropriate professional qualification– though you must also be able to demonstrate the equivalent professional expertise through practical experience in your corporate governance career to date.

Some early priorities for the successful candidate will be:

• Working on the Governance Improvement Plan, including supporting the Board on compliance with the National Housing Federation Code of Governance 2020 and Code of Conduct 2022
• Developing the Health and Safety Action Plan
• Leading on the organisation insurance procurement
