Interim Governance Manager (3-month FTC)

We are currently working with a professional regulatory body who are looking for an interim Governance Manager to join their small team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will report to the Head of Governance, and offers very flexible hybrid working from their central London office.

The responsibilities of this contract will include:

  • Reviewing governance policies and supporting with reviewing the Code of Conduct for Board members (to be presented to January Board);
  • Support in drafting and disseminating an ITT for the external Board evaluation next year;
  • Finalising and circulating and analysing committee surveys for their annual effectiveness reviews (also brief covering papers to the committees);
  • Support with the business planning process and working with the business to settle on quarterly milestones for activities.

This role is offering a salary between £45,000 - £55,000 FTE.
