Are you an experienced Company Secretary looking to take the next step in your career? DMJ is partnered with a prestigious Limited company looking for a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to join their team.

We are looking for a professional with strong financial services experience and an understanding of how to support a regulated board. Specifically, you will need to be a qualified Chartered Secretary with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, and have a good understanding of corporate governance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of tasks, including:
• Providing administrative support to the Company Secretary and board members
• Drafting and circulating board and committee papers
• Ensuring that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
• Preparation of minutes and ensuring that all decisions are documented and implemented
• Supporting the review and implementation of corporate governance policies
You will need to be a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and have excellent attention to detail, as well as strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
