Assistant Company Secretary (Board Support)

The organisation is seeking a dynamic individual to enhance their team, providing crucial support to ensure the businesses effectively fulfil their statutory and regulatory obligations in the UK and certain other jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Company Secretary, with exposure to a wide range of duties. The primary focus of the role will be Board and Committee meeting support so the individual will be instrumental in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all compliance matters are handled efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Attending and preparing board/committee meetings and follow up on post-meeting requirements;
  • Management of UK statutory filings and liaising with internal and external contacts in relation to the same for certain international filings;
  • Maintaining Diligent Entities database and other company secretarial records;
  • Ad-hoc projects and general administration duties.
