Company Secretarial Manager

An accountancy firm, dedicated to providing exceptional company secretarial services, is seeking a company secretarial professional to join their London office. Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering comprehensive company secretarial compliance services.
  • Providing expert advice on company law, governance, and secretarial matters.
  • Supporting board meetings and ensuring accurate minute-taking.
  • Contributing to technical management through training initiatives and knowledge-sharing.
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership within the department and assisting in team development.
  • Driving business development initiatives and promoting services internally and externally.

 Experience and Qualifications:

  • ICSA/CGI qualification or equivalent is ideal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Diligent software.
  • Previous experience in a role within professional services.

Personal Qualities and Behaviours:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with strong organisational skills.
