Interim Company Secretary EMEA - Global Household Name

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous and confident interim Company Secretary to join the legal team of a high-profile, US-listed powerhouse. In this 12-14-month contract, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Associate General Counsel based in their offices in London and Dublin. You'll provide expert advice and support across their EMEA entities on corporate governance and company administration matters, driving efficiencies and excellence within the Company Secretarial function. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all EMEA company secretarial and corporate governance matters, ensuring consistent high standards.
  • Maintain all EMEA company records and trackers using Diligent Boards, Diligent Entities, G-Suite.
  • Oversee board meeting management and preparation of board packs.
  • Coordinate annual financial statement approvals for EMEA entities.
  • Stakeholder management across various departments.
  • Relationship management with outside legal counsel.
  • Strategic advisory role to the board of directors.
  • Project management for various initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Extensive company secretarial experience, preferably in a listed company environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • CGI qualified (ideally Associate or Fellow level).
