Elevate your career with an exciting role in the financial services sector,  paying up to £70,000 dependent on experience. A prestigious firm is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to join their small team.

In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be to provide exemplary Board support, ensuring the smooth operation of governance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing for and attending Board and Committee meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on actions.
-Liaising with executive and non-executive directors
- Assisting with the maintenance of statutory books and records.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


Essential skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a company secretarial role within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA) is highly desirable.

The work pattern is 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
