DMJ are delighted to be partnering with a leading Housing Association in the South of England who are seeking an ambitious Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to the smooth operation of sub-boards and committees, ensuring that their work has the impact it deserves in the community.
 
Key duties include:

  1. Provide expert advice to Regional Boards and Committees, enabling them to carry out their duties effectively
  2. Managing committee meeting processes including preparing relevant materials and producing high quality minutes
  3. Support the delivery of governance and assurance activities throughout the Group
  4. Ensure all administrative activities are completed to ensure high standards of governance

 
Knowledge and skills required:

  1. Experience working in a regulated environment with Boards and Committees (not necessarily within the housing sector) or other highly regulated environment
  2. 1-3 years’ experience working in a governance/company secretarial assistant position
  3. Degree in relevant subject matter
  4. Part qualified with CGI
  5. Strong administrative skills (essential)
  6. Proven experience of good quality minutes (essential)
  7. Knowledge of Blueprint and Diligent

This role offers a salary of up to £37,000 alongside hybrid working from one of their 3 offices in the South of England.
