Interim Group Company Secretary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned interim Company Secretary to join a dynamic and globally operating organisation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this high-profile role will ensure sound and effective corporate governance across the Group and provide essential support to the Board and Committees. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with AIM rules and the UK Corporate Governance Code, as well as shaping governance practices within a fast-paced environment. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with statutory obligations and AIM-listing requirements. Provide insight on the UK Corporate Governance Code and other regulations, implementing best practices.

  • Act as Company Secretary to the Board and key committees (Audit and Remuneration). 

  • Lead the production of the Annual Report, collaborating with Investor Relations, Finance, and external advisors.

  • Establish and oversee coordination of the corporate administration requirements for the Group’s overseas subsidiaries.

  • Lead and develop the Senior Assistant Company Secretary.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Significant Company Secretarial experience at a senior level within an AIM-listed or main-market PLC.

  • Managerial experience.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.
