Company Secretarial Assistant (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)

DMJ are delighted to be supporting a London-based law firm seeking a corporate governance professional to join their private funds group on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit somebody looking to develop their experience within corporate governance, and who has previous experience supporting Board and Committee meetings.

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting with the co-ordination and smooth running of Board/Committee meetings.
  • Assisting with drafting of notices, agendas, collating board packs, drafting and reviewing of minutes, drafting circular resolutions and following up on action items.
  • Carry out corporate filings for various legal entity types in various jurisdictions as and when required.
  • Managing the signing process and the relationship with each stakeholder.
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required.

This role is offering a salary of £40,000 alongside occasional hybrid working from their central London office.
