Interim Corporate Governance Professional

We have been instructed by a Listed Financial Services Organisation looking to onboard an Interim Corporate Governance Professional for a 12 month contract starting before the end of July.

This role will sit across a broad remit of work and will offer great exposure to board governance work, plc governance work and other core Company Secretarial work.

They're ideally looking for a candidate with experience within a UK regulated Financial Services firm. Listed experience is desirable but not essential.
