We are working with a successful, growing accountancy firm that is now looking to expand their Company Secretarial team by hiring either a Senior Manager/Manager or experienced Company Secretarial Assistant. Joining the friendly and collaborative team at an exciting time during their expansion journey, you will deliver company secretarial services including using Diligent Entities, working collaboratively on a client portfolio, managing transactions and coordinating documentation and filings, amongst other things. This is a really friendly, supportive team environment with a strong focus on personal development and, as all of the work is carried out on a fixed-fee basis – NO TIMESHEETS! 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • For the Company Secretarial Senior Assistant role, you will maintain and update statutory books and records using Diligent Entities
  • Manage and coordinate documentation and filings and assist with transactions
  • For the Senior Manager/Manager role, you will assist with transactions
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring relationships are maintained, and internal stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and coach junior team members

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Part CGI qualified, and committed to working towards qualification, or Fully CGI qualified (desirable)
  • Previously company secretarial experience (preferably in a Professional Services environment but not essential)
  • Experience using Diligent Entities software

Attitudes and Behaviours:

  • Team-player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • ‘Hands on’ and flexible approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong time management skills and able to work to deadlines in a fast-moving environment
